The whole Health Carousel team, worked tirelessly to communicate, explain, supervise and guide all the processes involved in arriving in the US. From the day that I signed up until the day that I got deployed, Health Carousel has always been supportive and was with me every step of the way. I learned about the program thru my brother on 2018, who also achieved his American Dream through the help of Health Carousel. February 2 is truly a remarkable date for me as I passed the NCLEX on February 2, 2018. Then exactly 4 years later, on the exact same date, I will be stepping on the American land.

As someone who envisions great things for her future, I know where I wanted to be but I had no idea how to get there. It was definitely a dark and blur beginning; however, the journey became more clearer when I discovered and joined the Health Carousel Program.

Since making the decision to sign up with Health Carousel in 2018, they have showed steadiness and transparent communication throughout the whole process. They were timely and responsive towards whatever questions I had, which made this transition as smooth as possible. Along with all the detours, zigzags, and delays in my life, life at the same time, has a funny way of bringing you back to what you really love. I would like to express my gratitude to my IDA, Ma'am Stephanie, and my IPA, Sir Paul for always being warm, friendly, and most especially, for being patient and for always putting up with me. During the whole process, I realized that the most important things to possess are patience and perseverance. Also, a lot of coordination and management on my part. Of course, faith in God that everything we've worked hard for will fall into place. So, to my fellow Nurses, never stop chasing your dreams. Like what they always say, the only thing that's between you and your dreams is YOU. You can overcome any challenge with hard work and trust. And by remembering you have an army of supportive team behind you with Health Carousel.

I was interviewed thru phone by Mr. Emal Hassan last 2018 of March. I was frank and straight forward that my age that time was 49 and asked him if I can still join the program, he gave me high hopes and told me that there was no age limit in working in USA. Patience is a virtue that was the very best lesson I've learned. I am very grateful to all the staffs of HCPI in assisting and who guided me achieved my American dream. While I am on my journey, Health Carousel greatly assisted me in accomplishing my tasks. Under the aspire program, I got my USRN, IELTS, and other requirements for my application in processing my American Dream. Patience, determination, and trusting the process helped me go thru the ups and downs of the voyage. In addition, my most kind and dedicated IDA, Stephanie assisted me all throughout. I know that I am in great hands because she takes care and is always willing to go an extra mile for her candidates and I am thankful for that. When you put your heart into it everything is possible. I'm so grateful that Health Carousel Philippines is so helpful and accommodating with my needs during my entire journey. I just want to say thank you to all my IDA-Ma'am Nicole, Sir Joniel and Ma'am Liza who patiently assisted me and follow-up my application since then until the end. What I've learned from this journey is that, be patient and always comply with necessary requirements on time to avoid delays. It was indeed fate when I joined Health Carousel. My application had its share of ups and downs, but one thing this journey taught me is never lose sight of your dreams! They always listened to my concerns and questions no matter how simple or complex they are.

Back in 2017, when my best friend and I realized to pursue our American Dream and, in a few days, it will be a Friendship goals on our road to USA. Joining Health Carousel on that year was one of the best decisions in my life. It was a rocky road, it was never easy, there are times when you felt like giving up, for the reason that it will really take a while. You will invest your time to pass the examinations and catch up with deadlines for the documents that needs to be done. It will need patience, hard work, passion and commitment in order to make the process smooth. Another key in achieving this goal is TRUST, trust and commitment to your advisors during the process is a must in achieving the goal. I am very grateful to Mr. Mark Cunanan, Mr. Joniel Cimeni and Ms. Liza Graza for guiding and supporting me during the journey. They are passionate on helping Filipino nurses to achieve their dream. From Day 1 of signing my contract with them and to my flight schedule, everything was well-prepared. One of the best lessons that I have while being in this journey is to never complain, if you want to see things happen never complain, continue working hard without complaining. Always believed in power of hard work and commitment on what you decided to do. Always pray for God's guidance for it will make the journey worthwhile. To my fellow nurses, PT's and MT's the waiting game is quite long but when you heard the words Visa approved one of the sweetest word that I heard, all the hard work will paid off. Do not be discouraged, do your best all the time and enjoy the journey, your time will come to achieved the American Dream just like me and my best friend living our American Dream.

First, I would like to thank God for making my dreams into reality. Health Carousel was there from start to end making every way possible to achieve my American dreams. Special mention to Ms. Lenci for assisting me up to the last minute. She guided me all throughout the process and making herself always available whenever possible. Her manager also, Paul was there to assist me before deployment. Hence, I would like to acknowledge their participation in this significant milestone of success in my life.
