Your Journey to the US

Talk with a Recruiter

Connect with our Recruitment team to understand the eligibility requirements and address any questions about life and work in the US. We'll help you decide if our PassportUSA program is the right fit for your career goals.

Prepare for Visa Filing

Once you join our program, an International Program Associate (IPA) will guide you through the necessary documents for your visa petition. We also support and cover costs for test preparation, including English exams and the NCLEX.

Visa Filed with USCIS

Our experienced legal team will carefully review your documents prior to filing your visa petition with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to maximize your chances for approval.

Visa Approval

After your visa is approved by USCIS, you will receive a  priority date securing your place in line to obtain your visa!

Find Your Perfect Fit

We help you explore healthcare facilities based on your career goals and lifestyle. We submit your resume and coordinate interviews to help you secure a job offer and finalize your assignment location.

Gather Remaining Visa Documents

You will be assigned an International Deployment Advocate (IDA) who will help gather the documents needed for the National Visa Center (NVC) submission by our legal team.

Become Credentialed

Your IDA and our credentialing team will provide you with a list of credentials required for nursing in the US and guide you through the rest of the immigration process and embassy interview preparation.

Become Documentarily Qualified

Once the NVC deems you “documentarily qualified” and receives your paid fee bills, you’ll be eligible for your embassy appointment.

Complete Your Embassy Appointment

After assignment selection, you attend your embassy appointment. Your US arrival date will depend on completing credentials, state licensure, and orientation dates.

Arrive in America

Congratulations! Our Travel and Housing Team will book your travel and assist with housing, ensuring a smooth transition into your US nursing career. An International Employee Supervisor (IES) will support you throughout your assignment.

Advance Your US Nursing Career

During your assignment, climb our Clinical Ladder program for your professional development. Our Clinical Career Coaches will help you create a career plan and explore further growth opportunities, including our work-study program.
