Throughout your assignment, your dedicated career coach will work closely with you to define and refine your professional aspirations, helping you grow and find the right next step in your US nursing career. As experienced nurses themselves, they bring valuable insights and firsthand knowledge to effectively guide you on your career path.
International Employee Supervisors (IES)
Your IES will be your primary point of contact, acting as a life coach to help you manage your day-to-day activities. They are available to answer any questions you have and provide regular check-ins, ensuring you smoothly navigate your new life in the USA and feel supported throughout your assignment.
Clinical Team
You will receive support from our Clinical Team, which includes Bachelor’s and Master’s prepared Registered Nurses with certifications in various nursing specialties and acute care experience. They are uniquely positioned to mentor and coach you through professional advancement, assimilation into the US healthcare system, and achieving certification.
