Success Stories

Hear from the healthcare professionals who chose the PassportUSA program to start their US nursing careers.

What Our Nurses Say About Us

A test of faith and a test of patience. When I was in college, whenever I was asked why I took up nursing, my frequent initial answer was that 'I want to go to the US. ' That's why 11 years ago, right after passing the local boards, I also immediately took the NCLEX exam. I thought the US application is just a walk in the park however, retrogression strikes and I set aside my plans of applying there. Years passed by; I have thrived and loved the nursing profession by working in our country and eventually trying my luck abroad. I was able to appreciate the difference of our jobs to other professions. I had forgotten my US ambition but I felt stagnant and felt something is still missing as one of my nursing goals are still unmet. I noticed these past few years that the US started to open their doors for nurses again, thus I kick-started my application. Health Carousel accepted me in 2015 and they were very hands on in my application up until my deployment. It felt surreal, I was aghast and teary-eyed when I saw my visa stamped on my passport as it reignited my life's goal for me and my family. Now I will commence my US journey and I pray that everything will fall into places where God destined me to be. I am truly grateful to Health Carousel especially my international deployment advisor, Raissa, who was very understanding and accommodating in answering all my queries. I recommend this agency because they are reliable about processing US applications. God bless and best wishes to us all.

First I'd like to thank God Almighty because my journey with my US dream - I would like to say it went perfectly smooth (with slight bumps in between but with God's love, all is settled). I signed the contract with Health Carousel in November 2014 and got my priority date in June 2015. I personally thank my international deployment advisor Liza for being very supportive, kind, and very professional. She was always there when I needed support and guidance and still l could count on her even though we're miles away. Secondly, I would like to acknowledge the assistance of Roda for being prompt in answering my queries with regards to licensing issues, CES, etc. And finally, I will always be extremely grateful to Health Carousel/PassportUSA for accommodating me as one of your family. Kudos and keep up the great work! God bless us all and I truly wish and pray all the very best for everyone's future endeavors!

Writing this testimonial gives me the opportunity to express my sincere gratitude for exemplary service and efficiency that Health Carousel provided for me. I signed my contract with Health Carousel in January 2015. It was my first choice of agency to help me fulfill my American dream since I've heard a lot of good things about their program. With the help of Health Carousel, I was able to accomplish every step smoothly. I found the whole process stress-free due to their professional service and patience with my pretty silly questions. Aside from that, I would also like to express my heartfelt appreciation for all their efforts to provide me all possible resorts while anxiously waiting for the visa. This includes the opportunity to undergo a tDPT program which I have successfully finished in December 2017. Again, thank you for all the assistance and I wish everyone all the best!

I joined Health Carousel in 2016. The process of my application was very smooth since most of the documents they require were sent through email. They also guided me and kept track of the pertinent papers I needed to comply with. I had a very rewarding experience with Health Carousel not only because they helped fulfill my American Dream to come true but also to boost my nursing career that is beyond my imagination. Thank you very much to my advisor, Raissa for an exceptional assistance, to Roda, and to the entire Health Carousel family. To my fellow nurses, have a steadfast determination, perseverance, faith in God and most of all, the right organization, is the key to make your American dream come true.

I joined Health Carousel in 2015 looking for help with regards to my US application and I didn't realize that they will be the one to help me fulfill my goal of working in the US one day. Every staff who handled my case was very efficient and always available to address all my concerns. I'd like to thank Liza for the smooth processing of my application. Indeed, PassportUSA is a very excellent program for nurses aspiring to work in the US. I am more than thankful I found Health Carousel and their excellent team and I encourage all those who are aspiring that they won't regret joining Health Carousel for their American dream! God bless and please continue to improve the lives of my fellow nurses.

My overall experience in taking the ATI transition to practice course online was superb. It gave me numerous insights into the in and around of Nursing, especially in the United States. I have learned and refreshed myself on the important topics that are essential to be an efficient, competent and skillful nurse. This course tackles almost everything under the sun that will help and guide new nurses like me to easily adapt and adjust to the nursing field in the US. I managed to finish all the tasks in about one and a half months. I would certainly recommend this online training program to other candidates like me because this will really help them in transitioning smoothly to practice nursing in the US. After taking ATI, I feel confident because this training course gave me a lot of important learnings and honed my nursing skills and professional attitude, thus making me ready and flexible to fulfill all my nursing responsibilities and help me become prepared and well-rounded nurse. Again, I would like to thank everyone who has been a part of this wonderful online training program. I hope you would continue to help and guide new nurses in transitioning to work in the US. Keep up the excellent work!

I signed my contract with Health Carousel in 2015 but I started to comply with all of my requirements in mid-2016. Within a month, they were able to file for my petition and monitored the progress in a timely manner. When my priority date became current, I had some issues which caused delay but they were very understanding and helpful on my situation. They kept me monitored and were able to surpass all the difficulties. This is with all the help of my International Deployment Advocate, Stephanie Grace, whom I'd like to commend for having exemplary performance on her duty. She is very responsive to all my queries, attentive to details and cheerful to communicate with. She is very professional and kind-hearted so you would not hesitate to convey all your concerns to her. She found answers to my questions. With my overall experience, I won't hesitate to refer future US RNs to your company. Health Carousel has prepared me professionally for my American journey. Thanks a million!

I joined Health Carousel in the third quarter of 2015. I already had my NCLEX exam and I wanted to move forward with my application. Just after contract signing, Health Carousel contacted me and guided me in every step of the process. I had my priority date for November of 2015 and all my doubts in this agency were erased. After two years, my priority date became current and I was transferred under Liza, my deployment advisor. Since I am working overseas at that time, the process was different for me but Liza was very flexible enough to accommodate my queries. Finally, in less than 3 years, I'm just a plane away from my American dream and couldn't have gotten a better partner than Health Carousel. I salute all of you for your excellent job and I hope you continue helping aspirants reach their dreams.

I signed up with Health Carousel in October 2015 and I must say they processed efficiently. I was surprised that my priority date was released less than a month after signing up. The application process was easy and convenient because they allow online processing (communication with them is done through emails) and that they are also very responsive. I had an excellent experience with Health Carousel, especially with my IDA Liza, as she is very accommodating, kind, efficient, task-oriented and very patient. To my fellow nurses who wish to go to the US, I recommend Health Carousel as they helped me in achieving my American dream. It was a smooth sailing experience for me. Just have faith, patience, trust, and perseverance as well as cooperation with the Health Carousel team.

I joined Health Carousel in May 2016. I was able to talk to Brad and decided to join the team upon hearing the processes involved. Honestly the process went well and the step-by-step procedures were smoothly initiated. I was once handled by Liza and was endorsed to Raissa. They were so excellent in managing their applicants. They regularly forward emails which are very essential in the application per stage. I would say that the Health Carousel Team should continue to work on their duties to continuously serve the clients for the betterment. Healthcare professionals should be persistent with their goals and objectives to achieve their American Dream.

I have been with Health Carousel since November 2017. I am thankful that I am one of Health Carousel's candidates. God has blessed my family with a great opportunity to fulfill our American Dream. Although the process was long, it was worth it. I was well-guided by Health Carousel employees. It seemed like I was not talking to superiors but rather friends and family. I would like to appreciate and commend the whole Health Carousel Philippines, most especially Nyra, Lenci, Roda, and Ela. Thank you for your patience and endless support and for doing a great job. I encourage registered nurses and physical therapists to partner with Health Carousel because what seemed difficult was made easy and what seemed distant was made reachable by Health Carousel. Now I will be living the American Dream. Thank you Health Carousel. God Bless everyone.

I was already 38 years old when I decided to take the NCLEX exam. I passed but no agency wanted to accept me because of retrogression in the US until I heard and learned about Health Carousel and decided to give it a try. That was October 2014 and I got my priority date in April 2015 and we started processing all my papers. Another opportunity knocked in 2016. I got a job offer in the UAE and I decided to give it a try while waiting for my priority date to be current. After 7 months of working in the UAE, my priority date became current so I resigned from my UAE job to focus on my American dream. After 4 years of waiting, I am now heading to my dream country, the United States, with my family this time. Thank you Health Carousel, especially to my international deployment advocate, Liza who was very accommodating, warm, and patient. For those nurses out there, never give up. Everything has the right time, you just need to patiently wait.

The online clinical simulation and educational courses provided by Health Carousel is beneficial to keep me abreast with the current trends in Nursing practice. It helps me to become more competent in the delivery of quality, safe patient care. Furthermore, I was able to at least have an overview on how the US Healthcare Delivery System works. Initially, I was overwhelmed by the number of coursework that needs to be accomplished. But I was able to finish it in a short period of time because I find it very engaging, informative, concise and interactive. The training is indeed highly commendable. Hence, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to HCLLC for helping me to become the best nurse that I could be, for preparing me to transition successfully to the US, and for ensuring that I get the necessary education and training significantly to my professional advancement.
