Success Stories

Hear from the healthcare professionals who chose the PassportUSA program to start their US nursing careers.

What Our Nurses Say About Us

My journey toward becoming a Registered Nurse in the United States began in 2016 when an international recruiting company arrived in the UAE in search of nurses. It was then that I learned about the significance of the NCLEX exam. Determined to succeed, I dedicated myself to intensive studying, and after much preparation, I passed the exam on my very first attempt in 2019 in Hong Kong. Traveling there was both challenging and exhilarating, but the satisfaction of achieving this milestone made it all worth it.

As I searched for American recruitment companies, I stumbled upon PassportUSA—little did I know, they would become my greatest allies in this journey. Their unwavering support and professionalism gave me the motivation I needed, especially when I faced setbacks in my attempts to conquer the IELTS. At times, it felt like my dream of moving to the U.S. was slipping away. However, with the encouragement and guidance of the PassportUSA team, I found the strength to push through, even while working as a healthcare assistant in Norway. Although that role was not my ultimate goal, the language barrier and other obstacles prevented me from practicing as an RN.

The onset of COVID-19 added another layer of difficulty, making it even harder to pursue the IELTS as resources became scarce. Yet, after countless attempts, I finally achieved the score I needed in 2023—a moment of pure joy! Throughout this journey, PassportUSA never wavered in their support. From the moment I received my petition approval to the thrilling day I bought my suitcase for the move, they stood by me, cheering me on every step of the way.

I am immensely grateful for their hard work and dedication. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping turn my dream into reality!

I first heard about PassportUSA through Facebook. I saw an ad and quickly responded because it had always been my dream to live and work in the USA. It took me about five years from signing the contract to my arrival date, mainly due to challenges like retrogression.

The team has been incredibly helpful—they answer your questions and encourage you when you feel discouraged. I am especially grateful to Julia and Ryan, who believed in my abilities and made this journey worthwhile. Frankly speaking, the process was not easy for me, but despite the challenges, it was worth it, and I am truly grateful.

My favorite moment with PassportUSA so far was passing my NCLEX on the first attempt!

My Health Carousel application started in 2018 but was hampered due to personal reasons, retrogression, and the pandemic. I am immensely grateful to Health Carousel for staying with me through all these years until my deployment in December 2024.

I urge current candidates to keep persevering in order to reach their goals. The journey may be challenging, but it is worth it.

From the moment I dreamed of living and working in the U.S. as a nurse, I chose Health Carousel to help me achieve my goal. I signed up in February 2022, and while the application process was challenging—especially with retrogression delaying my priority date for over a year—I remained hopeful.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to my dedicated advisors: Ms. Claire, Sir Enzo, Ms. Stephanie, Ms. Shaila, Ms. Andrea, and Sir Vaughn. Your unwavering support and consistent check-ins reassured me that Health Carousel would stand by my side throughout this journey. Through the ups and downs, I learned the invaluable lessons of patience and trust in the process. I will forever be grateful to Health Carousel for guiding me toward my dream.

To my fellow Health Carousel candidates facing delays, hold onto hope. Delays do not equate to failure. Use this time to grow and cherish moments with family and friends. Remember, God’s timing is always perfect—trust the process wholeheartedly.

I joined the program in July 2022. It’s a long process, but Health Carousel helped me achieve this dream, and it was worth it. They were very accommodating and detail-oriented throughout the journey.

Patience is essential because the process takes time, but staying committed makes all the difference. Dream big and never lose hope!

I joined Health Carousel in February 2020 after passing the NCLEX. At the time, I was working in the Middle East, and my correspondence with my advisers was through email, phone calls, and WhatsApp. I submitted the required documents via email. The whole process took longer for me, probably because I was hesitant to take the English test required for the Visa Screen.

Patience, encouragement from my advisers, and the options they provided motivated me to finally take the exam in 2023. There were challenges in completing the requirements from day one, but HC has IDAs who are exceptional in guiding me every step of the way. Ms. Glenda was persistent in following up with me. Ms. Shaila was very encouraging, patient, and detailed in responding to my queries. Mr. Vaugn was very supportive and positive in giving me advice, ensuring I was well-prepared for my travel to the U.S. With my brief interaction with Ms. Liza, she made a huge impact by mentally preparing me with her wise words a day before my flight.

Except for the jet lag, everything has been well and good since I set foot on U.S. soil.

No matter how long it takes, holding on to your main goal will surely lead you to your destination. My goal is to create more opportunities for myself and my family. Health Carousel opened the door for me.

I heard about PassportUSA through my friend. It took around 6 years for the process from my Day 1 to arrival in USA. I am coming to USA with my spouse and children. They are very happy with the process and extremely excited to be in USA. The most important part was to file I-140 and retaining the priority date. Though I was having only one document, PassportUSA helped me nicely and smoothly the process completed and my dream came true. Thank you PassportUSA for everything.

I want to express my gratitude to Health Carousel for their dedicated support throughout my visa application journey and for your assistance in helping us achieve our American dream. We faced various challenges, from the NCLEX and English exams to the significant delay in our interview date due to retrogression. Despite these obstacles, I remain optimistic that we will eventually succeed. I am deeply thankful Ms Andrea, to my IPA Ms. Jeimy for her prompt responses, and to my IDAs Ms. Raissa and Mr. Vaughn for their approachable guidance during the entire process. You guys are the best! This experience has taught me the importance of patience in achieving success. To my fellow candidates: Stay resilient and keep pushing forward. Remember, even when you feel alone, God is always there to guide you towards your American dream.

I joined the program 5 years ago, when I just passed the board exam and got my first job in the Philippines. Looking back at my application process, it was smooth sailing because all I have to do is to comply with the requirements that my advisors requested me to send. Even in the midst of the pandemic, my advisors didn't fail to call and email me their regards. I am grateful to all of my advisors starting from the recruitment team until my deployment advisor, Ma'am Janis, for their hardwork dedication and patience with me along the process. What I learned during the process is that even though it may take some time, if you don't give up on your dreams and pursue wholeheartedly God will make a way! To my fellow nurses and other professions under the agency with ongoing application, your time will come in God's perfect timing, enjoy the process and always communicate with your advisors. They are willing to help and guide you all throughout your journey.

I applied for the Aspire program year 2018 through online application. I am grateful to everyone who helped me in this process. All my previous advisors, especially Ms. Janis, who was with me along the way has been very patient and approachable to all my concerns and queries. American Dream hasn't been very easy. With all the hurdles of taking all of the exams, VB retrogressions, this made me believe to trust the perfect time and process, be patient that everything will eventually take into proper place! I believe that joining the ASPIRE program by Health Carousel and their expertise in the field will help a lot to achieve the American Dream. To all my fellow nurses, don't give up, stay focused, and keep praying that one day you'll be achieving your American Dream.

I came across Passport USA in July 2022 via social media platform. Excited that I met the two criteria to qualify for their Clinical Residency Program, I signed up. After just about 2 days, I received an email for an interview schedule. After the interview, I got a notice that I passed and will qualify for their program. I was also endorsed to Health Carousel Phils. Since day one with Health Carousel Phils., I felt confident and positive that my US Dream would come true. My Initial Advisor was Sir EJ. He was so professional, approachable, and responsive same with Sir Vaughn. Both are committed to make sure I comply with all the requirements. I really appreciate that I can get in with them anytime with any concern and they get back to me the soonest possible time. I did not encounter any problem with them at all. In my application process, the most important thing is to be compliant with all the documents, requirements, and etc. Do not delay with submitting what is required to not delay the process itself. It is imperative to have an open communication with your advisors, ask and clarify any doubts and be responsive. My message to my fellow RN’s, PT’s, and MT’s is to trust the process. Do not be disheartened. Delays are not failures, they are just temporary setbacks. Instead of dwelling on these setbacks, focus on what you can do in the meantime. Everything is in God’s perfect time. Have faith! P.S. My journey took only 1yr and 11 months •• MORE POWER TO HEALTH CAROUSEL!

Some people say, "Life has its own destiny," but a brighter destiny is much more desirable by all. For me, to achieve that level, one must exert virtues such as patience, perseverance, humbleness, faith, hope, trust, self-worth, and confidence. Just what I experienced in my journey to reaching my American dream with Health Carousel Limited Liability Company. In 2019, I was introduced by one of my good nurse friends about the agency, Health Carousel. Through a series of communications with the company staff, I was convinced to commit myself to applying or being recruited by them. Since then, I have faced terrible delays in my application process along the way. I took my IELTS exams four times before I got an acceptable band score in 2021. I have undergone repeated needed examinations and was likewise subjected to a sputum examination twice. My first SLEC medical result also expired because the 2023 Visa bulletin retrogression caught it. Despite those difficulties, I still had my advisors, who were very supportive and provided encouraging, bright insight despite all odds throughout the process and the problems encountered. And now, early this year, in 2024, I finally got my interview date for the US Embassy and was thankfully approved. With great relief from the stresses I have been through, finally, after 5 long years, I'm so grateful to share that I will be deployed to  Alabama. Lastly, for all my fellow nurses or medical workers who are dreaming of a green pasture in the USA, all I can say is to always pack yourselves with the virtues I mentioned earlier and to "never give up easily!" God speed.
