Hear from the healthcare professionals who chose the PassportUSA program to start their US nursing careers.

What Our Nurses Say About Us

I heard about PassportUSA through my friend. It took around 6 years for the process from my Day 1 to arrival in USA. I am coming to USA with my spouse and children. They are very happy with the process and extremely excited to be in USA. The most important part was to file I-140 and retaining the priority date. Though I was having only one document, PassportUSA helped me nicely and smoothly the process completed and my dream came true. Thank you PassportUSA for everything.

I want to express my gratitude to Health Carousel for their dedicated support throughout my visa application journey and for your assistance in helping us achieve our American dream. We faced various challenges, from the NCLEX and English exams to the significant delay in our interview date due to retrogression. Despite these obstacles, I remain optimistic that we will eventually succeed. I am deeply thankful Ms Andrea, to my IPA Ms. Jeimy for her prompt responses, and to my IDAs Ms. Raissa and Mr. Vaughn for their approachable guidance during the entire process. You guys are the best! This experience has taught me the importance of patience in achieving success. To my fellow candidates: Stay resilient and keep pushing forward. Remember, even when you feel alone, God is always there to guide you towards your American dream.

I always thought that fulfilling my American dream was a very long journey but this perception has changed because of health carousel. I am very much thankful to health carousel and my IDS, Sir Vaughn Sadio for making this journey possible.

I joined the program 5 years ago, when I just passed the board exam and got my first job in the Philippines. Looking back at my application process, it was smooth sailing because all I have to do is to comply with the requirements that my advisors requested me to send. Even in the midst of the pandemic, my advisors didn't fail to call and email me their regards. I am grateful to all of my advisors starting from the recruitment team until my deployment advisor, Ma'am Janis, for their hardwork dedication and patience with me along the process. What I learned during the process is that even though it may take some time, if you don't give up on your dreams and pursue wholeheartedly God will make a way! To my fellow nurses and other professions under the agency with ongoing application, your time will come in God's perfect timing, enjoy the process and always communicate with your advisors. They are willing to help and guide you all throughout your journey.

I applied for the Aspire program year 2018 through online application. I am grateful to everyone who helped me in this process. All my previous advisors, especially Ms. Janis, who was with me along the way has been very patient and approachable to all my concerns and queries. American Dream hasn't been very easy. With all the hurdles of taking all of the exams, VB retrogressions, this made me believe to trust the perfect time and process, be patient that everything will eventually take into proper place! I believe that joining the ASPIRE program by Health Carousel and their expertise in the field will help a lot to achieve the American Dream. To all my fellow nurses, don't give up, stay focused, and keep praying that one day you'll be achieving your American Dream.

I came across Passport USA in July 2022 via social media platform. Excited that I met the two criteria to qualify for their Clinical Residency Program, I signed up. After just about 2 days, I received an email for an interview schedule. After the interview, I got a notice that I passed and will qualify for their program. I was also endorsed to Health Carousel Phils. Since day one with Health Carousel Phils., I felt confident and positive that my US Dream would come true. My Initial Advisor was Sir EJ. He was so professional, approachable, and responsive same with Sir Vaughn. Both are committed to make sure I comply with all the requirements. I really appreciate that I can get in with them anytime with any concern and they get back to me the soonest possible time. I did not encounter any problem with them at all. In my application process, the most important thing is to be compliant with all the documents, requirements, and etc. Do not delay with submitting what is required to not delay the process itself. It is imperative to have an open communication with your advisors, ask and clarify any doubts and be responsive. My message to my fellow RN’s, PT’s, and MT’s is to trust the process. Do not be disheartened. Delays are not failures, they are just temporary setbacks. Instead of dwelling on these setbacks, focus on what you can do in the meantime. Everything is in God’s perfect time. Have faith! P.S. My journey took only 1yr and 11 months •• MORE POWER TO HEALTH CAROUSEL!

All bumpy and winding roads lead to beautiful destinations. Since joining the program in 2019, my path to fulfilling my #AmericaDream journey has faced many challenges and hurdles, but Health Carousel, especially Ms Chloe and the other advisors assigned to me have been with me in guiding and encouraging me to pursue our goal. I thank you all for the effort and hard work you put in helping me achieve my professional aspirations. This journey has taught me to have positive outlook in whatever challenges i am going through. To all my fellow healthcare workers, Just trust the process. There’s no need to rush, What’s meant for you always arrives at the right time.

Some people say, "Life has its own destiny," but a brighter destiny is much more desirable by all. For me, to achieve that level, one must exert virtues such as patience, perseverance, humbleness, faith, hope, trust, self-worth, and confidence. Just what I experienced in my journey to reaching my American dream with Health Carousel Limited Liability Company. In 2019, I was introduced by one of my good nurse friends about the agency, Health Carousel. Through a series of communications with the company staff, I was convinced to commit myself to applying or being recruited by them. Since then, I have faced terrible delays in my application process along the way. I took my IELTS exams four times before I got an acceptable band score in 2021. I have undergone repeated needed examinations and was likewise subjected to a sputum examination twice. My first SLEC medical result also expired because the 2023 Visa bulletin retrogression caught it. Despite those difficulties, I still had my advisors, who were very supportive and provided encouraging, bright insight despite all odds throughout the process and the problems encountered. And now, early this year, in 2024, I finally got my interview date for the US Embassy and was thankfully approved. With great relief from the stresses I have been through, finally, after 5 long years, I'm so grateful to share that I will be deployed to  Alabama. Lastly, for all my fellow nurses or medical workers who are dreaming of a green pasture in the USA, all I can say is to always pack yourselves with the virtues I mentioned earlier and to "never give up easily!" God speed.

I joined the program last 2017. There was a halt in hiring nurses during the retrogression but I was determined to look for opportunities anywhere I can. That is when I learned about HC after I inquired on numerous postings and different agencies. They are quick to respond and taking one day at a time I complied with their required documents. I got pregnant and it was during the covid outbreak, I took things at my own pace and delivered my baby and got busy on other stuff but with the agency's motivation to push me and follow up to get things moving. I did the things that needs to be done and after passing the English exam, the process was moving quickly and the next thing I know is that I already booked for my embassy interview to getting my flight tickets. It is vital to know what we want and to reach over our dream. Even taking baby steps and having a leap of faith will get us to the direction we want to go. There are a lot of uncertainty and challenges that we will encounter but we must face them. We must choose the right people to entrust our application and Health Carousel has indeed fulfilled them as they have promised.

I started with Health Carousel way back year 2017. Took the NCLEX exam through their sponsorship program, and fortunately passed the first time year 2018. My petition got denied once but was approved the 2nd time year 2021. Took the IELTS but I didn’t pass, I was advised to take PTE and I must say it was much more easier than IELTS. My PD got current on October 2023 and fast forward I am here in the land of free, USA. My journey for achieving my American dream was long but I never gave up and trusted the process and Health Carousel all the way and now I’m here. I am very much grateful to my advisors from start till the end especially my IDA sir Vaughn, who is very accommodating and quick to respond with my questions, for assisting me for everything even with the renewal of my USRN license. I also wanted to mention my arrival coordinator, Suzy, who’s sweet and very much helpful especially to my kids, I appreciate everything you do for us. Thank you for making sure I have done everything I have to do even if you’re back home already. Thank you so much Health Carousel and the team, without you I am not here where I am today. To my fellow nurses out there, never stop dreaming!

Health Carousel has open the door of opportunity for me roughly around the last months of the year 2017 when I click the sign up button of their advertisement on Facebook (unsure of my plans, especially in going to US). I have been qualified to be sponsored with their Aspire program. The journey wasn't that easy, studying for the NCLEX while continuing my bedside experience in the hospital was tough. However Health Carousel paved the way for me to ace my licensure exam in one shot together with their partnership with Inurse. I never felt alone throughout my application journey, from filing my petition and processing credentials because my IDA's were receptive and very considerate to all my queries and apprehensions. Health Carousel teams were very supportive and encouraging even during the times that you think it is impossible to reach your dreams. Fast forward, my visa was granted after a long years of waiting. It was the time that I remember the first thing that sir Mark asked me during our first phone interview, that am I dedicated enough to pursue this dream? Because a lot of applicants wanted to go to the US but, just a few of them are dedicated enough and persevere to continue the process until the end. It was a very rewarding experience because now that I am finally setting my feet to the ground of the land of opportunities (which is still unbelievable for me), I can't help but reminisce the time I spent, the struggles and hardships just to achieve this dream (it's worth the sacrifice). Courage is my weapon to conquer my fear of taking risks and chances as Muhammad Ali said, "He who is not courageous enough to take the risk will accomplish nothing in life." My heart felt overwhelmed and grateful to Health Carousel Philippines for all their hard work and dedication to help me achieve my American dream, where I can work and enjoy life at the same time and provide great opportunity for my family. To them my trust was never a question since the day I signed my contract. I thanked the Lord Almighty for guiding me to this company. I will forever be grateful and proud that I am a product of Health Carousel Philippines and I will do my best to uphold the expectation and legacy of Health Carousel. I would like to compliment my IDA's because my success is your success also, for without your proper guidance, I will not reach my dream smoothly. To Sir Mark, to Ms. Kenneth, to Ma'am Christine, to Ma'am Rochelle, to Ma'am Ma. Lenci and finally, to sir Vaughn and the rest of the team. I will forever remember your kindness and I believe with your dedication and esteem, you can help a lot of aspiring nurses for their American dream. To my fellow nurses, nothing is too late if you are dedicated and courageous enough to begin now, there is no impossible when you are willing to risk your chances and Health Carousel is more than willing to help you achieve your dream if you put your trust to them. More power Health Carousel Philippines.

I started my application with Health Carousel back in 2015. All I wanted that time was to start my application to USA without any idea. I am so lucky to have been referred by my friend to Health Carousel for they were so supportive and responsive. But suddenly, I lost track and ended up putting off my American dream due to some personal reasons and opted to stay in my comfort zone by sticking in my job as a staff nurse in UAE. Health Carousel did its best to persuade me to push through but I was already decided not to give it a try.

Unfortunately pandemic hit the entire world and my status in the country I am working at became challenging and the workload in Abu Dhabi became more complex. This predicament made me and my wife to pursue our original plan which is to continue my application going to US. Luckily, I am so blessed to have been given the chance by Health Carousel to retrieve and push though with said application. Health Carousel, in the person of Ms. Glenda and Ms. Janis helped a lot facilitated my deployment preparations. Kudos to the team for being so responsive and accommodating all my inquiries. Now, I am here in New Jersey starting a new life in a new environment and workplace. All the Glory to God for letting Health Carousel be my guide in the process of fulfilling my American Dream.

Thank you. Health Carousel. For you guys who will read this, do not hesitate to apply at Health Carousel. This is a great and caring staffing agency. More power to Health Carousel!

My journey as a Nurse has been of growth, resilience, and dedication. Starting out, I was eager but unsure of what lay ahead. I’ve experienced the struggles of being a Nurse here in the Philippines, including receiving a very low salary. That’s when I knew I had to look for better opportunities for myself and also for my family. I was browsing the internet and searched online for some opportunities abroad and found Health Carousel. The application process was easy because Health Carousel guided me every step of the way. But, there was a point when I wondered if this path was really meant for me, but Health Carousel didn’t give up on me, they continued to support and guide me along the way. I want to thank Sir Vaughn Sadio for not giving up on me with the entire process. The support, guidance, and reminders to keep going and to stay strong. Thank you Sir Vaughn! I would also like to thank the Advisors of Health Carousel, without you we wouldn’t make it. Most of all, thank you Health Carousel for the opportunities, support, and guidance throughout the process. To my fellow Nurses, PT’s, and MT’s, keep pursuing your American Dream. You are on the right path (Health Carousel). The journey is challenging, but each step forward brings you closer to your goal. Thank you again, Health Carousel, Sir Vaughn, and Advisors.

I got to know of PassportUSA through a friend. He had asked some nurses in Los Angeles to recommend nursing recruiting agencies and they give him a list of agencies. He passed it on to me and I went through the list, and it was PassportUSA that caught my eye.

My PassportUSA advisers have been amazing, they have really been helpful throughout the whole process.

The United States offers a plethora of opportunities in every field especially in health care thus I strongly advice any healthcare professional that has dreams of moving and working in the US to take that leap of faith and embark on that journey. My favorite moment are my calls with my International Programs Associate and International Deployment Advocate. I always felt reassured when I talked to them, and they made me feel that they had my best interest at heart.
