Health Carousel brought my dreams to reality. When I signed up with them, they were very accommodating and very supportive towards achieving my American dream. I applied into various staffing agencies and most of them takes time to reply and some denied my applications to their agency, but Health Carousel were there, ready to open their doors and welcomed me and made feel that I am part of a big family. They supported me every step of the way and helped me achieve my American dream. To my recruiter Ms. Cairos, My IPA Ms. Czarina and my IDA sir Paul and to all the staff of health Carousel Thank you so much for making our dreams possible.

[The process] was challenging since it demanded time and elbow grease. Despite of it all having been assisted by Health Carousel Philippines made it more possible. I wouldn't be where I'm standing right now without their support. To my fellow professionals, never lose hope and keep the faith. Always remember why you started your journey in the first place. Keep your eye on the prize.

My appreciation to my International Deployment Advisor, as she always makes sure that our communication is streamlined and up-to-date. I am grateful for her persistent motivation and assistance. My take-away is that our agency is our ally. As professionals, it is our due diligence to maintain constant communication and adhere to our signed agreement as they continuously work to the next step of our US journey.

The application process was not easy but it was worth it. My advisors were very supportive and they always keep in touch. Still, patience is a virtue and all things will come to place with faith in God. To my fellow nurses who are still waiting for/processing/starting their application, never lose hope and be guided by the grace of the Almighty. He will never fail you.

I excitedly joined the program back in 2017 but without any expectations. I have no clinical experience and I have a flourishing Healthcare BPO career, however, there is something in me that wants to pursue my nursing profession. Health Carousel paved the way for me and allowed me to work on my application while working in the BPO. They were kind enough to understand my situation and they were flexible in accommodating my needs and preferences. There are so many things I am uncertain about but I am sure that I made the right choice to choose Health Carousel to journey with me in this phase of my life.

To my fellow nurses who are just starting their journey with Health Carousel, please do continue to pursue and invest in your dreams as it requires your utmost dedication, time and sacrifice to achieve it and it is all worth it in the end. To my fellow HC candidates, always remember that great things take time. The whole process will not be without its challenges but be grateful for every single struggle as it will teach you appreciation of opportunities, patience, and perseverance. One day, all your hard work will be rewarded and what was once a far-fetched American Dream will become a reality for you, too - all in God's perfect time.

They say there is no I in team and today is proof of this statement. I'm so grateful with Health Carousel in achieving my #AmericanDream. From the very beginning they guided me all throughout the process. They always update me and do constant communication. I signed the Aspire program of Health Carousel last 2017, took the NCLEX exam and passed, failed IELTS on my first try and passed on the second take. I may have challenges in my visa application but it didn't stop me from pursuing my dream. Indeed, Health Carousel was there for me to give inspiration and constant support. I got a visa in early January 2022. Yes, it was a long journey but it's worth the wait. I believed in God's perfect time and I wholeheartedly thank and express my gratitude to everyone who has been part of my journey. Every drop in the ocean counts and I would never forget those people who helped me sail through troubled waters.

One thing that I learned during this journey, is that NEVER DREAM OF SUCCESS, WORK FOR IT, and Health Carousel inspired me so much! Working as a full time Emergency Room nurse was never easy, especially during the pandemic, good thing, Health Carousel was there to guide me in the process, and to make everything easier!

My IPA and IDA, were very prompt with replying to my concerns and were so patient with me. There came a time I was discouraged by some friends but I trusted the process of Health Carousel. When I thought this dream had died years ago, it's now realized. Work and start doing for your dreams and goals.

They say that a grateful heart is a magnet for miracles. I will be forever grateful to Health Carousel Philippines and I promise to pay it forward by taking of my future patients and to guide RNs who are still processing their migration. So, to say, to my fellow USRNs who are still in their waiting season, brace yourselves because there is no other finish line you are going to, you will be with us here in the United States

I am grateful with the assistance that my advisors have given me. Stephanie was really helpful and is always there for all inquiries and concerns. She is easy and comfortable to work with. Key takeaways are to be up to date with all the requirements, be prepared and lastly be patient. God bless to my fellow Nurses!

With the knowledge that Health Carousel Philippines has made a huge difference in the lives of Filipino nurses since its inception, I decided to join their program following my NCLEX. At the start of my application, I met several accommodating, approachable and inspiring advisors. I have witnessed the glory of patience and diligence with all the advisors at Health Carousel.

My take aways that I have learned through the process is to be patient. Your time will come. I hope you would put faith on your advisors as much as I did. I let them handle everything and just followed their instructions and now here I am, waiting to board my plane going to US.
