I have been a nurse for 14 years and have served in my home country in the Philippines and in the UAE. Through time, I was amazed by the transformation this career did to me. By continuing my duties, I gained a rich working experience, met lots of people from all walks of life, and expanded my professional family. Surprisingly, in 2017, I was introduced to Health Carousel. I joined their program and started to revive my dream. Luckily, the process of my deployment has been smooth. I was expecting that the application process would take a long time and would be chaotic, however, I was proud and happy how the Health Carousel team handled my deployment in a very organized and timely manner. My International Deployment Advisor, Lenci, handled my case and requests very professionally. She is very responsive and acts fast. The details and instructions of the things that need to be done are always clear and concise. She works above and beyond what is expected from her. In my journey, there have been challenges, not to mention, the pandemic restrictions during the time of our deployment, which affected the process, but the Health Carousel team surely prepared me for these challenges well. So, here I am now in the USA with my family, ready to start a new and continually enriching nursing career. Health Carousel is a blessing to me and to my family. My American dream was fulfilled. I will always be thankful to God for Health Carousel. To my fellow healthcare workers, we shall always remember that what we do is extraordinary. Despite the pandemic and global retrogression, all our sacrifices, and our hard work, will pay off. Our profession will remain strong and is a blessing to our community. These should leave us with joy and hope every day. We must learn to find ways on how to enjoy each day and feel grateful because God sees what we do. Surely, we will encounter situations unknowingly that will lead us to reach our goals, in time. My professional experience is always challenging, interesting, and has unending progress and room for growth. I am sure that for each of us if we allow it, the opportunities will surely come. I joined Health Carousel right after I graduated in 2017 and have complied with the requirements. Health Carousel took care of my case and my worries as a newly registered nurse while I aspired to work and live in the US. My advisors Liana and Stephanie were both really pleasant to talk to and I knew I was in good hands. My journey with Health Carousel wasn't that hard because every step was well-coordinated. I joined Health Carousel in December 2016. The staff is very friendly and responds in a timely manner. Â My message to other nurses is to have patience and learn the facts regarding the process of the US application.

I joined Health Carousel in May 2017 after passing my NCLEX exam. I was happy that upon registration I got a call immediately and was accepted, and from then on it was smooth sailing. They helped me out for my IELTS exam and my VisaScreen until I got my visa at the embassy. It was the best experience to have people from Health Carousel, especially Lenci, to accommodate me and she was very positive in answering every inquiry. It was June 2016 when I joined Health Carousel Philippines. I had no idea how to apply in the United States at first but they helped me and guided me throughout the whole process.
