I joined Health Carousel Philippines in February 2016 and they've assisted me throughout the process of my visa application. Health Carousel helped me reach my American Dream. I joined Health Carousel Philippines in December 2015. Since I was working abroad, I thought it would be complicated but thanks to my International Deployment Advisors: Valerie and Carla for their hard work and patience. Through the help of their team I was able to work on my application smoothly. They are all accessible and easy to communicate with. Overall, I am grateful and happy with my recruitment process and I want to thank Health Carousel for their help and for inspiring nurses to achieve their American dreams.

I signed up for the PassportUSA program in 2016. I learned about the program through my colleagues who signed up for the program as well. During that time, my mindset was to just try my luck hoping that I could put the USRN license to better use. Back then, I have not fully considered migrating to pursue my profession as a nurse. Back then, the USA for me merely meant enjoying great deals at shopping outlets, exploring theme parks, and just a destination for occasional summer vacations. I came to love and appreciate the American culture even when I was younger but migrating and working in the US was still a far shot. The PassportUSA program was a catalyst of change for all that. The advisors I worked with were very diligent in sending us updates. They always prompt you with requirements you need to comply with as well as those that you need to keep updated. Years went by smoothly with the monthly visa bulletin to check if my priority date is already current. In 2018, I received the good news that my EB-3 application can already be processed. Things took a different turn from then on. The processing time became fast-paced with the multiple tasks to be accomplished such as preparing for the line-up of interviews, to being selected for a facility, doing the medical examination, and finally the embassy interview. Likewise, the program kept professionals like us abreast with the best practices by providing supplemental learning materials to prepare us for deployment. It was only recently that I truly felt that something that used to be just an option finally became a dream. With God's grace and with a grateful heart, my son and I are finally preparing for deployment. For others, they saw the opportunity as fulfilling the American dream. But for me it was more. When people would ask me why I pursued the program, it is more of accepting a more challenging role especially in terms of career. Another why for me is providing a brighter future for my son. As a family, the program meant not just being able to live in the US, but an opportunity to explore something bigger that the world has to offer. We are very grateful to Health Carousel giving us that chance to make more out of life and we are looking forward that the program could bless many others as well. My name is Marietas. I am one of the Filipino nurses who dreams of working in the U.S. A. I was abandoned by the previous employer and experienced visa retrogression. Waiting for six years for the priority date to be current is not easy and when it was time for me to process everything, I was informed by my previous company's lawyer that they would not continue the sponsorship. I was disappointed at that time and I thought that was the end of the world for me until I was referred to PassportUSA. I was interviewed by Erica during the time I was working in Saudi Arabia. It was a very lively conversation, and I was glad that Erica accepted me. After a week she sent the contract agreement for me to review and sign. The next step after IELTS was to reprocess and to recapture my priority date, also including my family in the application. After I received my VisaScreen I was then endorsed to the PassportUSA International Deployment Advocate, Derrick. There are not enough words to express how appreciative and thankful I am to my IDA and his team. I truly appreciate your patience in all my inquiries, updating me with all of the information I need to know, and for your unceasing emails and calls to inform me of the client interviews, licensing requirements, and pre-deployment information. PassportUSA also provided virtual learning and online educational materials and resources to equip the candidates before going to the hospital assignment. The team assisted me to purchase a vehicle before my departure and provided instructions with regards to the pre-deployment. The PassportUSA travel team is always ready for the supplementary support, not only to me as well, and also to my family. They made sure that we would have a smooth flight and arranged the booking and made sure that we will all be seated next to each other. The whole team is very organized and efficient! For nurses out there who also want to pursue their #AmericanDream and have a priority date and were abandoned by their previous employer, don't lose hope. I joined Health Carousel in 2013. The whole application process was good. I commend Valerie, Roda, Liza, and Connie for all their help and support. Their patience, helpfulness, and understanding of circumstances made a big difference. To the other nurses, unexpected circumstances might delay our plans and dreams but all things happen in God's perfect time.

No matter how hard I try, I just don't have enough words to express my gratitude and satisfaction with all that the Health Carousel and PassportUSA teams have done for me so far! I signed up with Health Carousel Philippines in 2015 and here I am now working to achieve the American dream. This wouldn't have come about without the patient reminders from the Health Carousel staff. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Lenci, keep up the good work. The lesson I can impart to the rest of aspiring nurses is to keep at it. We will encounter numerous obstacles or frustrations when we want something but the important thing is to be clear-eyed about your goal and how to go about it. I joined the program in December 2017 while I was preparing for my NCLEX exam. The application process was really tough with the delays I had encountered since my I-140 filing such as waiting for my priority date to be current and the multiple retrogressions. However, I am truly grateful for the Health Carousel team who never left me and they have been really supportive of each step for me to achieve my American Dream. I am thankful for my program advisor, Marth, who was very supportive when I was just starting the process. I am also really grateful to my international deployment advisor, Raissa, because, despite the COVID-19 pandemic, she contactd me through SMS, emails, and messenger even during her vacation leave and weekends. What I learned throughout this process are: (1) Delays and setbacks will make you stronger and just keep your faith in God because everything will come in perfect timing and (2) I really love to share this bible verse because it is an important part of my application, If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer . The application process is tough but with faith, perseverance, and patience you will achieve your dream. Also, with the right attitude and the right people around you, you are in a good place. I have been with Health Carousel since December 2017 and despite all the delays every step, finally I am able to finally say that I am ready to make my American Dream into reality. I am really thankful to the Health Carousel team!
