I joined HCPI last August 2017 and took the NCLEX last December 2018. My NCLEX application and processing were smooth and hassle-free with the help of IPASS Processing, especially through the guidance of Ms. Rachelle Olivar. My NCLEX experience is comparable to a roller coaster ride where there were ups and downs and fast and slow moments. I went through a lot of obstacles and delays, but by the help and constant reminders of my HCPI advisor and by the IPASS team, undying support and encouragement of my family and friends and through prayers to the Lord, I was able to pass the NCLEX and meet this success. Never give up on your dreams. Everyone has his or her own time to shine in the career path he or she chooses. Grab every opportunity to help you succeed in your goals and aspirations in life. Lastly, never forget to pray to the Lord to help and guide you in whatever decision/s you'll be doing with regards to your future.

I joined Health Carousel in 2014. I thought I wasn't going to be able to pursue my American dream because of the retrogression. Finally, it became a good decision for me. It was a smooth application; you just have to comply with the needed documents especially since I was working overseas in Saudi Arabia. My advisors Karen and Raissa, are very accommodating to all my questions.

Who would have thought I'll be leaving for the USA in a few days? Everything went fast in a span of almost 3 years. I joined Health Carousel around July 2016. Application was smooth and clear. They gave complete details on what I should do and submit. All I had to do is comply and meet the corresponding deadlines. I signed my contract with Health Carousel Philippines in 2016. The journey was never easy because a tremendous amount of patience and understanding of the application process is needed. But everything was clearly explained to me as it went along. All the sacrifices and effort paid off when I received my plane ticket. I felt the genuine and sincere support of their International Program Advisors. They became a part of my family and they're a great asset to the company. I applied for the program in 2021 thru online application forwarding necessary documents. Afterwards, I remember taking a call from their staff regarding the program information and what to expect. Since, I had no idea on how to proceed with processing my USRN application, I eventually agreed and signed the contract which was thoroughly explained. My initial IPA was Ms. Nicole who's eager and at the same time patient with all my queries which I find calming knowing she will be with me throughout the initial processing. For a short time, I was endorsed to Ms. Allets and then to Ms. Czarina. Ms. Czarina was very thorough with the requirements, responds quickly to queries and helped me big time in passing my IELTS exam. With visa processing and embassy interview, Ms. Stephanie was with me along the way, has been very patient, approachable and reassuring that everything will work out, which we finally accomplished now that I am about to be deployed. I am grateful to everyone who helped me in this process. USRN application and processing wasn't an easy feat. With all the hurdles of taking IELTS exam, medical exams and VB retrogression, this made me believe to trust the process and be patient that everything will eventually take into place. My arrival coordinator, Suzy, is very hands-on; from the arrival, to completing my medicals and helping me with my needs for the apartment, opening a bank account, etc. She treats her clients as a family and I was fond of her stories that encourage me in starting this new chapter. To everyone in need of assistance with their US application, I believe that joining Health Carousel program and their expertise in the field will take some of your burden knowing that they will go the extra mile to help you achieve your goals and dreams.

Trust God's timing. This describes the fulfillment of my 'American Dream'. It took me 9 long years to get to this point. A lot of patience, perseverance and help from God are what it takes to be where I am now. The whole process was not a walk in the park for me; with the NCLEX, taking IELTS twice, and going through 2 VisaScreens and 2 recessions. But God is really good. Things fell into place in its own perfect time. To my fellow applicants, do not lose hope. Hold on to your dream. Continue your bedside experience! I'd like to give a special shout out to my processing associate Liza for all the help and for being so responsive to all my queries and emails. This made me feel that I am on the right track. One of my friends who is working in Texas told me about Health Carousel and that was back in 2015. I began to search about Health Carousel and finally talked and interviewed through the phone by one of their staff. The application process is not easy, but in the part of Health Carousel, they are fast in telling me what I need to submit to the embassy and facility. I signed up with Health Carousel in September 2013. At first, every step of the way went on smoothly until the retrogression commenced in 2015. Because of that, I felt unmotivated and there was a time I lost touch with my advisor. But despite that, Health Carousel and my advisor constantly communicated with me and followed up on my requirements and for that I am grateful. So to all aspiring candidates, you should never give up on your dreams and have faith in God, because in His perfect time, everything will fall into its right place.

To be part of one of the best Healthcare System in the world like the US, one should be extremely ready and highly competent enough to make sure delivery of safe, quality care, and services to patients and clients, and Competency Testing like the Clinical Training Program is one of the answers. At first, the exams may look too long and too boring, thus exhaustion and lack of interest may be felt, though I have no other choice but to carry out it in a given timeline. As I go along with the topics that are much related to what I am doing, it seems that I start enjoying and be thankful that this on-going education is with me and within me. Furthermore, the course's Nurse Competency Testing is truly helpful for me to be able to make an assessment of my clinical skills, abilities, and knowledge and to the newly learned information of the US Healthcare set-up. Also, it increases competency in areas that may show my weaknesses.
