I joined Health Carousel Philippines in January 2015. I can say my experience with Health Carousel was very positive. They make me feel fully supported, informed and prepared for each stage of the process. I signed up with Health Carousel in 2015. It was on time and it ran smoothly. It was more than what I expected. The process has ups and downs but Health Carousel never leaves their nurses. I joined Health Carousel in 2014. After signing the contract, a processing associate was assigned to me to assist and support me in gathering all requirements/documents I needed to fulfill in order to process/file the petition. This is my second time working with Health Carousel, the first time was in 2005 under one of their former programs. They are a trustworthy and reliable company who truly have their intentions to help us achieve our American Dream. They have always made sure it is a win-win situation for all parties involved. It was 2016 when I joined Health Carousel. I waited for two years to be chosen without actually expecting that one day I will really make it due to the large number of applicants. I just really took the opportunity before it slipped away. And now, two years later, I'll be flying to the US! Finally! The long wait is over. Thank you Health Carousel for making it possible. It is true indeed, that we can only achieve our dreams if we work hard enough. It really pays off. I would like to thank my advisor for being patient in answering my never-ending questions. My experience in taking the Transition to Practice program was amazing, I was able to learn the workflow in US hospital setting especially in providing quality care to patients. The value of hard work is important in completing the program because it has an expiry date so you really need to complete it with maximum efficiency. Working hard on studying the course also helps me to achieve the target score for every test. I feel fulfilled every time I passed the test because it means I can apply it in a real-life hospital scenario. Yes, I will definitely recommend the training to other candidates because it's very helpful especially to nurses who will work in the United States. The teaching strategies are very effective, it's easy to understand because of the real-life videos and the virtual coach is always there to answer queries. The training helped me to gain knowledge and skills that will help me in my transition to US Healthcare Delivery System.

I joined Health Carousel in 2013. They assisted smoothly during my NPTE process until I passed and got my license. It was never an easy process during the time that I have to secure my working visa. It was a long and agonizing feeling on my part as a candidate. But the reason I stayed and trusted Health Carousel's process is because of their transparency and integrity that they give to each candidate. Health Carousel sees to it that they offer each candidate the best possible options that will help them build their career in the USA. Though my process took a long time, all I can say is it was all worth it. To current and future candidates of Health Carousel, always do your best and have a long patience until the right time comes. Indeed, nursing demands a continuous development in skills and knowledge. Taking the training was a refresher course for me as well as a challenge being a professional nurse. The training further improved my knowledge by persevering to accomplish the tasks within 72 days. ATI training should better be taken by each and every candidate. Experience is the best teacher but being equipped with the knowledge and skills for the next endeavor would make one succeed. The training has further built and enhanced my confidence to make the transition and faced up a new challenge in the US Healthcare Delivery System.

The simulation training was a combination of pure education and virtual experience. I had a great time learning step by step procedures and distinguishing advance types of equipment used by nurses. The training was rigid and intense, lots of information to take in. You can learn so much from real life scenarios. You'll be able to see the difference in practices and procedures when comparing different settings. The program took me about six weeks to finish. Recommend? Definitely! It is like a bird's eye view of the situation we are going to face in the US. So, to be able to have this, for me, is a must. All in all, my hesitation in my transition to a US Healthcare Facility System is reduced to a minimal, and my confidence soared to an all-time high! This training is phenomenal!

The training has helped me fill in my knowledge gaps and it boosted my confidence level to practice as a nurse in the US. It is systematic and the teacher was very patient and friendly. Thank you for the wonderful insights. I will definitely apply all the things that I have learned during my practice.

Taking the online training was full of learning. I am thankful I was able to take it. It is really important for nurses to have continued education to be always updated to the new trends of giving care to patients. I took it for almost 2 mos. I really highly recommend that every nurse going to the US to take it because our practice in the Philippines is very much different. Being able to take the training I can say I am now very much confident to work in hospitals in the USA.

Taking the training was a pretty good learning experience for me. The training environment was advanced. The online assessments, as well as the pre-tests, provide an overall picture of the topics you excel at and you need to improve on. Lectures and real-life simulation exercises covered several topics that would be essential in my practice. They provide a per week checklist that serves as an outline of all the modules. Also, you're assigned a virtual coach who keeps track of your progress and you can message anytime if you have questions. It took me 10 weeks to complete the program. Being a nurse demands continuous learning, so I highly recommend the program to candidates who are getting ready for their US deployment. The training helped ease my apprehensions and made me more confident in my ability to successfully make a transition to the US Healthcare Delivery System.

I signed up with Health Carousel in December 2015 after I passed my NCLEX. I was turned down by another agency since I didn't have IELTS and a VisaScreen at that time. But Health Carousel took me in without any hesitations. There were challenges that I faced along the way, but my IDA, Liza, was very patient and very supportive. To my fellow nurses, never give up in chasing your dreams. It may be a bumpy ride but you have to hold on because in the end, it is worth it.
