"Emmanuela is a delight to interact with. She greets everyone with a big smile and a hello. She delivers compassionate, competent nursing care to her patients. She has been such an excellent addition to our team!"

Reflecting on Her Journey

"My opportunity to live and work in the USA positively impacted my whole family, especially my son. When we were still in the Philippines, he was diagnosed with developmental delay and speech delay. When we arrived in the US, we were able to find a good program for him with speech therapy and occupational therapy for free from government agencies. With a good support group around us and an excellent group of speech pathologists, occupational therapists, and case managers, his journey towards full potential is almost 100%! Isnt it amazing? I want to thank my original PassportUSA International Employee Supervisor (IES), Jamie, for all of the help since day one. Thank you for all of the encouragement and patience, especially when I was starting out and had so many questions, and I appreciate your frequent positive feedback. I would also like to thank Ashley. She has been my IES since October 2019 through the end of my contract. Thank you for the help and for being understanding, especially when it came to deadlines. Lastly I'd like to extend a big thank you to Lisa, my nurse manager, for choosing my resume and for taking chances in me from the very start."

What's next for Emmanuela?

Emmanuela excitedly accepted a full-time employment offer from the facility. We know she will continue to exceed her employer’s and patients’ expectations.[caption id="attachment_355500" align="alignnone" width="314"]
