#ThankfulThursdays posts celebrate the career and personal achievements of our healthcare professionals who have reached the end of their temp-to-perm assignments at their assigned PassportUSA client healthcare organizations.

PassportUSA is honored to have employed Marjorie, a physical therapist, who has now reached the end of her temp-to-perm assignment.

A Top Performer

During her assignment, Marjorie diligently worked hard enough to attain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree and improve her skills in physical therapy. She was also able to afford to host her mother here in the states for a few months, where they made many wonderful memories exploring America togetherrrrrr.Marjorie is motivated to work hard every day because of her caring colleagues and appreciative patients, which make the days that go by, all the more rewarding. The challenges of her assignment helped her grow, and were all part of her incredible experience.Marjorie has worked hard to help patients and herself by continuing her education. Her can-do attitude and willingness to succeed greatly boosted her performance at work. The facilities Executive Director commended Marjorie on her outstanding diligence:

"Marjorie completes her assignments as requested. She has greatly improved in gaining confidence and being efficient with documentation. She has been an asset to the team."

Reflecting on Her Journey

"I would like to extend my appreciation to my International Employee Supervisor, Jamie, because she helped me tremendously from day one of my assignment. I recommend PassportUSA to other healthcare professionals based on my personal experience working with them, I was able to renew my working visa and receive my green card in a timely manner. It was worth the experience."
