She is ecstatic to have found the perfect home to raise her kids in. It is a short commute from her work and children's schools wherein she is actively involved. It is everything she has dreamed of for her family's #AmericanDream.Kathryn has come a long way to achieve her personal goals and is most proud of her balanced family-work life. She enjoys spending time with her family and collaborating with her ER team at work. Being an ER nurse means she has to think quickly on her feet and be flexible for what comes next, and her family is all the more supportive of her!
A Top Performer
Kathryn has gone above and beyond her call of duty in earning nursing certifications. She has earned her BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, and has served as a preceptor to more than five new RNs in the past two years. She plans to attain her Master's of Science in Nursing degree soon. As a result of Kathryn's hard work, she earned a promotion and is now a Senior RN at her facility!
Kathryn Reflecting on Her Journey
"PassportUSA listens to their candidates and takes the candidates' families into consideration as well. They are there for us every step of the way. They are accommodating and thorough with everything."
My PassportUSA International Employee Supervisor, Ashley, has been very supportive and helpful all throughout my journey. She is attentive and timely to share information with me and makes sure I get tasks done. Thank you.
I am so happy to be assigned in my state and to work with one of the most prestigious hospitals. I am thankful to my facility and for the training they have provided to me."
What's next for Kathryn?
Kathryn graciously accepted a full-time employment offer from the facility. We know she will continue to exceed her employer's and patients' expectations.
