My Family's Dreams Come True - Irene #ThankfulThursdays

October 22, 2019

#ThankfulThursdays posts celebrate the career and personal achievements of our healthcare professionals who have reached the end of their temp-to-perm assignments at their assigned PassportUSA client healthcare organizations.

PassportUSA is honored to have employed Irene, a registered nurse, who has now reached the end of her temp-to-perm assignment. While Irene was on assignment, she saved up enough to purchase her family's forever home! She is proud to say it's the perfect home for her family that is a short commute from her work facility, her husband's workplace, and their children's schools. They are active members of their local church and Irene and her husband do volunteer work and participate in the Rotary club as well. Irene and her family are the true embodiment of #HigherPurpose and the #AmericanDream!

A Top Performer

While she was on assignment, Irene's nurse manager continuously praised her work performance. Irene was nominated for the DAISY award for being an excellent nurse to patients.

"My nursing career future at my facility is very promising because they are constantly growing and are working on becoming a world-class facility."

In Irene's last annual performance review, her facility's Clinical Director stated,

"Irene is kind, caring, compassionate, and very receptive to feedback. She is able to adapt to the med/surg unit as quickly as necessary to be successful in that environment. We believe she will continue to learn and are glad to have her working here with us."

Reflecting on Her Journey

"It has always been my children's dream to live and study here in the U.S. When the opportunity for me to work in the U.S. came, I did not think twice about it because I know it is for my children's future. Now all three of my children excel in their classes and are actively involved in the schools' extracurricular activities.
I would like to thank the entire PassportUSA team for the opportunity given to me. I rate PassportUSA a 10/10 because they help make your dream come true and will guide you every step of the way and will make sure that you have all of the support you need. I'd especially like to thank my PassportUSA International Employee Supervisor, Ashley, for always being available to answer my queries and I want to thank my assigned facility for recognizing that I am an asset to their organization."

What's next for Irene?

Irene delightedly accepted a direct employment offer from the facility. We know she will continue to exceed her employer’s and patients’ expectations.[caption id="attachment_352585" align="aligncenter" width="770"]
