August 21, 2020
#ThankfulThursdays posts celebrate the career and personal achievements of our healthcare professionals who have reached the end of their temp-to-perm assignments at their assigned PassportUSA client healthcare organizations.
PassportUSA is honored to have employed Cristilu, a registered nurse, who has now reached the end of her temp-to-perm assignment.Cristilu has worked hard to save up for her dream house. She plans to buy a house soon and have a grand wedding next year in the Philippines, where she is originally from. She is currently involved with her local church's activities to stay engaged in her community. She's also had the chance to travel across the U.S.A. and see landmarks in many states. Cristilu's #AmericanDream is just getting started!
A Top Performer
While she was on assignment, Cristilu was promoted to a charge nurse. She was trained to be an NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) instructor and serves as a preceptor for students and newly hired nurses. She sets a great example for young incoming nurses with her can-do attitude and untiring energy. She excels in her job as a NICU nurse and helps a lot of babies!
"Cristilu is an outstanding nurse. She cares about her patients and coworkers. She has great attendance and her clinical skills are very good. She is an asset to our unit."
Reflecting on Her Journey
"This is an excellent place for me to continue living. PassportUSA has been very supportive and is always prompt following up on questions I haves. Special thanks goes out to my PassportUSA International Employee Supervisor, Ruben. Thank you Ruben for being patient and understanding. I truly appreciate all of the things he did for me."
What's next for Cristilu?
Cristilu graciously accepted a full-time employment offer from the facility. We know she will continue to exceed her employer's and patients' expectations.[caption id="attachment_352400" align="aligncenter" width="661"]
