Accomplished My Greatest Achievements Here - Archana #ThankfulThursdays
December 11, 2019
#ThankfulThursdays posts celebrate the career and personal achievements of our healthcare professionals who have reached the end of their temp-to-perm assignments at their assigned PassportUSA client healthcare organizations.
PassportUSA is honored to have employed Archana, a registered nurse, who has now reached the end of her temp-to-perm assignment.Since working in the U.S., Archana achieved her Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification. This is a feat she is super proud of to enhance her ER skills. Her greatest personal achievement in the U.S. so far was giving birth to her family's newest member! Archana and her husband are very excited to raise their growing family in the U.S. in alignment with their #AmericanDream.
A Top Performer
While working as a RN in Nepal, Archana focused on building great clinical skills and was a highly motivated learner. This in turn helped her excel in her USRN career. Her Nurse Manager raved:
"Archana is flexible with her schedule and with the needs of the observation unit. She continues to progress and is supportive of her unit and staff. She is a part of the team and shows dedication to her patients. Her attitude and determination to succeed shows in her work."
Archana Reflects on Her Journey
"The PassportUSA arrival process made my family's transition easier. I appreciate that a PassportUSA arrival coordinator met us at the airport when we arrived and helped us get settled in the U.S.
Emal was the first person I had talked to from PassportUSA. He was an extremely helpful recruiter. Ashley was my PassportUSA International Employee Supervisor during my work assignment and she is very good at her job too. Thank you both.
My facility is helpful and friendly. They really care about patients and their families. It's a good place to develop and enhance your skills."
What's next for Archana?
Archana graciously accepted a full-time employment offer from the facility. We know she will continue to exceed her employer’s and patients’ expectations.
Thank you Archana! We wish you the best of luck.
