#ThankfulThursdays posts celebrate the career and personal achievements of our healthcare professionals who have reached the end of their temp-to-perm assignments at their assigned PassportUSA client healthcare organizations.
PassportUSA is honored to have employed Ace, a registered nurse, who has now reached the end of his temp-to-perm assignment. While on assignment, Ace and his wife celebrated the birth of their son in the U.S. His growing family enjoys traveling and seeing all of the wonderful sites the States have to offer. By cherishing every moment together, Ace and his family are experiencing everything they could have hoped for during their #AmericanDream!
A Top Performer
Ace had previous experience working in the UAE at a leading healthcare facility. This experience helped him transition quickly to U.S. nursing practice. As a result, Ace received a promotion to Shift Leader while at his U.S. facility!
"I was working in the UAE for several months before I came to the U.S. and was away from my family for several years. Now we are together and I am very ready to take on this advanced role." -Ace
In Ace's final annual performance review, his facility's Nurse Manager stated,
"Ace is a GREAT part of our team! He is dependable and on time. He is always helpful to his fellow coworkers, patients and their families. He is flexible with his schedule and is willing to work extra if needed."
Reflecting on His Journey
"The facility is supportive and provides the necessary education to the staff. Even as a nurse on contract at the facility, I felt a part of the team and they treated me well.
PassportUSA has years of experience bringing international nurses to the U.S. They provide good placement for the candidates. I am pleased with their support and service! Thank you PassportUSA for helping me achieve my dreams of working here in the U.S. With your guidance I endured the journey and made it this far. I am forever grateful."
What's next for Ace?
Ace happily accepted a full-time employment offer from the facility. We know he will continue to exceed his employer’s and patients’ expectations.
Thank you Ace! We wish you the best of luck.
