An Unforgettable Sense of Fulfillment: Temp-to-Perm Success Story
November 16, 2020
Success Stories celebrate the career and personal achievements of our healthcare professionals who have reached the end of their temp-to-perm assignments at their assigned PassportUSA client healthcare organizations.
PassportUSA is honored to have employed Airene, a registered nurse, who has now reached the end of her temp-to-perm assignment.Airene has accomplished multiple items on her bucket list. She and her family have visited several places in the U.S., such as New York and Pennsylvania, Airene was able to have her mother and brother come to visit from the Philippines, and Airene and her husband have finally paid off long-term outstanding bills. Wow!But that's not all! Airene and her family are actively involved with a local church and she and her husband are active in their children's parent-teacher associations (PTA). Airene is happily living the #AmericanDream with all of the benefits of seeing her family grow with plenty of opportunities available for them, and plenty of time to create memories with them.
A Top Performer
While she was on assignment, Airene adapted into her new work environment. She has learned to manage her time effectively and learned how to use new equipment and machines. Airene's patients frequently told her that she is very compassionate and hard working. In her final performance review, the facility's Chief Nursing Officer commented:
"Airene does a good job providing care to her patients. She has participated in the orientation of new nurses who have been hired. She integrated into the staff very effectively. She shows flexibility, cooperativeness, and has grown to be an efficient and efficient nurse."
Reflecting on Her Journey
"I want to express my gratitude to everyone working at PassportUSA and Health Carousel for all of your dedication and commitment in helping us realize our dreams. I have nothing but appreciation for all of you.
Thank you Health Carousel Philippines for pushing me to submit my requirements in time and thank you to my PassportUSA International Employee Supervisor, Ruben, for being patient with me since day one of my assignment.
I encourage others to recognize the beautiful things around us. There are new friends at work and in the community. There is more leisure time with the family. We have gone on trips in the U.S. and from seeing the looks of happiness in my children's eyes, I feel a sense of fulfillment because I am able to give them unforgettable experiences. I am also able to send money to my loved ones back home in the Philippines. We are very blessed."
What's next for Airene?
Airene received a full-time employment offer from the facility, however she is pursuing other personal priorities. We know she will continue to exceed her employer’s and patients’ expectations wherever she is.[caption id="attachment_354421" align="aligncenter" width="369"]
"Thank you PassportUSA for being my stepping stone to further my career because the invaluable 3-year hospital experience has given me so much knowledge and skills that I will continue to use. More power to you and I wish you all the best!" -Airene[/caption]
Thank you Airene! We wish you the best of luck.
