PassportUSA is honored to have employed Rheena, a physical therapist, who has now reached the end of her temp-to-perm assignment.Rheena has accomplished several personal achievements since she's been in the U.S since 2015. She got married in 2016, adopted a rescue dog, bought their dream house in 2018, and she had their first child! Wow, that's quite the adventure! Congratulations Rheena and we look forward to hearing more updates from you!
A Top Performer
While on assignment, Rheena became a certified OASIS field clinician for Home Health. With her new certification, she is delighted to be able to do a more detailed patient evaluation during the admission process. Rheena is currently studying for her Transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy (tDPT) and she is on track to graduate by the end of 2020!In her final performance review, the facility's Clinical Director commented:
"Rheena demonstrated her adaptability to the change in development of patients' plan-of-care (POC) and her ability to collaborate with the multi-disciplinary clinical team in POC development.
Rheena is an asset to our branch. Her presence over the years offered stability with our staffing, which was a key factor in the branch's growth. Rheena is flexible to meet patient care needs.
Rheena communicates well with the team, escalates clinical issues appropriately to patient client management, collaborates with the clinical team, and provides appropriate guidance to physical therapy assistants."
Reflecting on Her Journey
"Working in Home Health suits me well. This setting has made me more confident in dealing with emergency situations and focusing well with the patients' needs. I have a calmer presence of mind, practice sound judgment, and am efficiently managing my time.PassportUSA has helped me from the start since I first applied in the Philippines and throughout my entire work assignment. I would like to thank my PassportUSA International Employee Supervisor, Jamie, who helped me a lot while I conquered hardships and she answered all my questions promptly. Thank you PassportUSA for everything!"
