This is our new relaunch of the program (open for a limited time!) and is a great opportunity for those who cannot afford the fees to take the NCLEX and/or for those who need coaching in order to pass the NCLEX.
How does this work?
Once you’re accepted into our Succeed Program, we will sponsor your NCLEX study preparation, guide you through the steps to apply for your US nursing licensure exam and authorization to test.Your coach will administer a predictive exam and once your NCLEX prep progress proves sufficient, we’ll assist you with processing your U.S. state nursing licensure application and NCLEX exam registration. We even cover the costs for you to travel to take the NCLEX. Once you have passed your NCLEX, your PassportUSA coach will assist with submitting the required documents for our legal team to file your EB-3 green card visa petition!We also provide legal services to file visas for your eligible family members so they can come with you to the USA. Yes, we are family-friendly! Our support never ends, as we then help you prepare for the IELTS English language examination if necessary.Then we will secure you an assignment with one of our prestigious US healthcare facilities.Finally, when your U.S. visa is issued, we pay for your airfare to the USA. Our experts have handled thousands of nurse immigration cases and have successfully placed them at facilities across the USA. We ensure you’ll arrive in the USA as quickly as possible.
Who is eligible for the Succeed Program?
- Between 2 and 5+ years’ experience in an Acute Care hospital, performing bedside patient care. The length of experience required at application/interview may be increased or decreased based on various factors such as quality of the hospital, client requirements/specifications, and the relation between previous experience and future practice
- AND currently working in an Acute Care hospital performing bedside patient care
- Have a nursing diploma or degree
That’s the basic qualification, but we’re picky, too. We only accept a limited number of nurses each year. You must have great nursing experience and demonstrate that you will do well on the U.S. nursing licensure and English language examinations.

Our client healthcare facilities in the USA are in desperate need of quality nurses like you. You see, unlike in many other parts of the world, the USA is experiencing a nursing shortage and as many as 1.1 million additional nurses will be needed by 2024. We need you to cover the gap!
How much does it cost?
Nothing. PassportUSA does not charge a healthcare professional a fee for its services; rather, we pay in advance or reimburse nurses for much of the costs they incur in preparing to come to the USA. As long as you fulfill your commitment, PassportUSA will not seek reimbursement for any of the costs it incurs in connection with your sponsorship.
