Our PassportUSA International Recruiters take great pride in helping candidates begin their #AmericanDream. The recruitment team is responsible for qualifying potential candidates, educating candidates on the immigration process, and setting expectations during the visa application process. ⁣

If you qualify for our program, you will be asked to schedule an interview with one of our international recruiters. The initial interview is about 20-30 minutes and is a chance for our recruiter to get to know you and learn how you can work together to achieve your dream of working and living in the USA.

Shane Howard

Shane brings over 5 years of recruiting experience with PassportUSA and he is dedicated to learning more about candidates and explaining the PassportUSA program.

What is your favorite part about working at PassportUSA? “My favorite part about working at PassportUSA is our team. I love the people I get to work with every day because we are all hard-working and we enjoy helping people achieve their American dreams.”

What has been the most rewarding experience you have had at PassportUSA? “The most rewarding part that I continually experience is when I see our candidates make it to the U.S. I am so proud that they persevered with their families to deploy here.”

Sonja Vidovic

Sonja is the newest recruiter on the team and loves any opportunity to talk to candidates about their career aspirations and how the PassportUSA program can help them achieve their goals.

What is your favorite part about working at PassportUSA? “I love having the opportunity to speak to people across the world and learn about new cultures.”

What is a fun fact about you? “I enjoy the prospect of helping people come to the United States to change their lives and move further in their careers.”

Advice to future candidates: “Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Immigration is a stressful process, but we’re here to help you every step of the way.”

Brad Wolfenden II

Brad has been a PassportUSA recruiter since 2019 and primarily recruits candidates for our Canadian Advance program.

What is your favorite part about working at PassportUSA? “My favorite part about working at PassportUSA is the sincerity from the staff members and candidates. We are honored that you have faith and trust in PassportUSA.”

What motivated you to be a PassportUSA recruiter? “I was enticed by the fact that as a recruiter, we are the first point of contact to candidates when we conduct interviews. We leave memorable first impressions with candidates and they never forget the first PassportUSA staff member they talked to.”

Advice to future candidates: “Relax and be yourself during the interview. Being honest will help us get to know you better.”

Alexandra Winters

Alexandra has been a PassportUSA recruiter since 2020 and primarily recruits candidates for our Canadian Advance program.

What is your favorite part about working at PassportUSA? “My favorite part about working at PassportUSA is getting to meet new people every day from all over the world.”

What is a fun fact about you? “I am a first-generation American! My family is originally from Portugal.”

Advice to future candidates: “We have a team of wonderful people who are eager to help you at every step in the process. Don’t ever hesitate to reach out and ask questions–we want to make sure you are confident with your decision to come to the U.S.”
