Connie is a Filipino RN currently assigned to a city in northeastern Indiana. Connie was recently recognized by her facility for being an Outstanding Caregiver. What do you like most about working with our client? I am very appreciative with the assignment I was given. The facility has made me realize my potential, that I can be way better than I ever thought. Every single day opens an opportunity for me to learn something, to gain more knowledge, and� to enhance my skills. I feel a great sense of belonging and found a second family in my workplace. Everyone motivates me to bring out the best in me.What drew you to Health Carousel? I was referred to Health Carousel by another nurse who works with the company. Health Carousel did an amazing job throughout the process. The journey may not have been an easy one as there have been obstacles along the way. There have been bumps, detours, and uphill and downhill moments. Health Carousel has made sure everything is being well taken care of, and have made my family's transition to USA a smooth one.What is your favorite American food? My favorite American food are buffalo chicken wings and barbecue ribs - they are simply irresistible.Tell us something unique about you! I believe there is always something that makes each person unique. One unique attribute I have is that my smile is so contagious that I can easily put a smile on other people's faces. I can also easily develop good rapport and trust with others. I suppose it is all a matter of being sensitive to other people's needs, and respecting their beliefs, opinions, and ideas. I can always work under pressure, but still wear that signature smile on my face. A lot of my co-workers have always asked me if I ever get mad since they always see me smiling despite the difficult nature of the job. It's all about loving your job, and the rest will follow.
